1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Narrate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. About Narrate
Narrate is an AI-powered storytelling app that is provided and operated by Rayztrix One (“Rayztrix One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to your use of the Narrate app and related services.
3. Lawful use
You must use Narrate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
The account holder, not a child, is responsible for creating and managing any Kids profile under the account and for all prompts, stories, narration, cover images, and other content generated through that profile.
4. Your prompts and story content
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit, the story content and narration generated as a result, and any cover images you upload. You must have the necessary rights to any material you submit or upload, and your use of Narrate must not infringe the rights of others.
5. Voice cloning
By uploading voice samples for AI Voice Cloning, you represent that you own the voice or are otherwise authorized to use it, and you grant us permission to process those recordings solely to provide the requested voice cloning functionality.
6. Published stories
If you choose to publish a story, it may become visible to other users through discovery and library features within the app. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for choosing appropriate visibility for each story.
7. Prohibited content
You may not use Narrate to create, publish, or share content that is:
- Illegal or that promotes illegal activity.
- Harmful, dangerous, or that encourages self-harm or harm to others.
- Abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate these restrictions.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
Narrate uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and narration. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for all audiences. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated output, and you should review generated content before relying on or sharing it.
9. Content moderation
We may automatically screen prompts, stories, images, and narration using automated moderation systems before generation or publication, and may remove content or restrict access where it violates these terms.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the original content you create, subject to the licenses necessary for Narrate to operate the service, generate and store your stories, and display published stories to other users as described in these terms.
11. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are managed through Google Play Billing. Pricing, features, and limits associated with subscriptions may change over time, and any such changes will be presented to you through Google Play prior to purchase or renewal.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep Narrate available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the app or any specific feature. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Narrate, including removing published content, if we believe your account has been used to violate these terms, engage in abuse, or create prohibited content.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rayztrix One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Narrate, including reliance on AI-generated content. Narrate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
